Returns may be initiated for unused and undamaged products within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit for future purchases on TechThrift.
Please note that certain restrictions may apply to returns, and refunds may not be granted for products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition. Additionally, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
