To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Alternatively, you can opt to receive store credit, which can be used towards future purchases on TechThrift.
Please note that refunds may not be granted for products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition. Additionally, certain items, such as digital downloads or personalized products, may not be eligible for refunds.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
